Of all the locations of the Party, this is the only one that has a real
date of foundation, as it labró a record and the cornerstone was laid.
This is due to Dr. Rafael Calzada, a lawyer Spaniard who arrived in
Argentina in 1880 and made Rafael Calzada its people, pushing the first
Sociedad de Fomento and collaborating across to the progress of the town; he served as deputy in
Spain, returning to "his people ,
"where he died in 1929. Dr. Calzada was married to the daughter of
the President of Paraguay Celina Gonzalez Pena, who was the godmother in
placing Stone in Basic Square on May 25 on July 18, 1909, along with
Vicente Blasco Ibañez. In 1917 settled in the village of the Divine
Word Missionaries, which together provide further impetus to the Public
Entity Well, as a spiritual and cultural center. They undertake the
construction of the parish of the Holy Trinity, a beautiful building
with the style model rule that took effect in Germany since the mid-nineteenth
century, combining elements of Romanesque architecture
and the Gothic, using materials of our time . Thus, the overall
structure reminds us of the Romanesque temple; towers, needles terminals, stained glass and slate roofs of the temples
Gothic. The
plane and all the architectural details were designed by the Father John
Beckert, who had made the plane and the design of the present Basilica
of the Holy Spirit in the Federal Capital. Its construction was
commissioned Mr. John Fogeler, which then lifted Development Society and
the Convent "Regina Apostolorum." The historian Negidio Storti, makes the following summary of major events in the
town:
"... In 1924, a group of neighbors leaves acting Local Development
Society, being elected president Dr. Calzada. Another important
milestone was the November 5, 1929 where they are buried in the local
cemetery, the remains of Calzada. In 31 starts the construction of the
Church of the Holy Trinity ... In the 32 Development Society inaugurated
a facility at Av. St. Maarten, being president of the CD, Francisco
Palat. In the 33, opens a bust in honour of Rafael Calzada on, in the
front of the station is located. The 35 is fully operational tram
station between Marble and Martin Arín, its route extended to the local
cemetery. Already in the 36, inaugurated the new building of School No.

Lions Club under the presidency of Francisco Fernandez. ... "By
1960, since when the Motherland, the country reached the BIG MISSION
BUENOS AIRES. The word came to the neighborhood where it operates
"Chapel of the Lord." The first celebrations were in a
warehouse on the former factory sheet of cardboard Av. St. Maarten to
2,300, which operates a forrajería today. It was the Lady of Amadeo,
owner of the land in the area, who donated a lot for the new
headquarters, there was laid the cornerstone currently under
construction between the old and new church. The bell and banks were
grant from the parish of San Gabriel. On April 7, 1963 the bishop of
Avellaneda, Monsignor Podesta, blessed the building. The original
building was designed by the engineer and architect D'Apice Campos, who
decided to conduct a vessel-free 15 m side, with the presbytery outside.
This chapel has a capacity of approximately 350 people, that has to be
added the broad atrium supported by four columns. On August 21, 1985 was
filling the imposing concrete roof to four waters, as is maximum height
of seven metres, this task was led by the Italian constructor Dubini and
settled largely by the Christian Advenia, Germany, which also allowed
the construction of the adjacent parsonage. In December 1992 opens the
pavement on the road the street from the temple.
About Franz Ferdinand Fernandez, we can say that as Dr. Calzada,
"took the baton" to pursue the help of solidarity and progress
